Lead HVAC Technician

$31.20 – $48.00/hr

Full-TimeBrooklyn, NYIn Person

What You'll Do

✓Diagnose and repair HVAC systems — this is primarily a service role, not install
✓Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as needed
✓Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and commercial equipment
✓Respond to emergency maintenance requests
✓Use Service Titan on company iPad for time tracking, invoicing, and estimates
✓Identify maintenance risks and present customers with maintenance agreements to help them control costs
✓Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What You Bring

✓5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
✓Comfortable reading HVAC wiring diagrams — low voltage and line voltage
✓EPA 608 certification
✓OSHA 30 and NYC SST
✓Valid NYS driver’s license
✓Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✓Experience with Service Titan or Service Channel is a major plus
